Hi, I’m Sophie.

 

I’m a fine art pet photographer from the Zurich area, a cat mom to Sunny and Fritzi, and the kind of person who stops at least once on every walk and says, “Oh, how cute!”

 

Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Their different personalities, their expressions, and the little quirks that make them so unique still fascinate me to this day.

 

With Wiau Portrait, I’ve combined my two greatest passions: my love for animals and photography.

 

My heart beats for a minimalist fine art style. No distracting backdrops, no fleeting trends—just a clear focus on what really matters: your pet’s personality.

 

One thing is especially important to me: your pet should feel comfortable. That’s why I come directly to your home with my mobile studio. In familiar surroundings, relaxed and authentic portraits emerge—without any rush and with plenty of patience.

 

I believe that the most beautiful photos are created when trust, calm, and time come together. That’s exactly what I want to give you during your photo shoot.

 

After all, our pets are with us for only a part of our lives. The memories of them should last a lifetime.
